ECOLO Investigates        … Pulp & Paper Problem A pulp and paper mill in the northwest, manufactures high end paper products for the print industry.  Due to odors caused by sludge piles in their landfill, the townspeople began to complain.  The mill manager reports trying various products and being unsuccessful with all of them.
