Ecolos AirStreme Hydraulic systems allow for the same dependable performace and quality engineering as our Pneumatic units. Depending on your reqiurements and application, Ecolo can recommend the system to best service your needs and operational cost requirements.

Our Hydraulic systems are ideal for larger application areas such as transfer stations, WWTP and other large scale industrial areas. The primary difference between Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems is that Pneumatic systems use compressible air for pressure and Hydraulic uses a relatively uncrompressible liquid. The result is an increase in pressure or PSI that can inevitably be created. Where our Pneumatic system will have an output of approx. 100 - 200 PSI our Hydraulic units can produce pressures ranging from 500 to 5000 PSI. It is due to this higher pressure that Hydraulic systems are typically recommended to cover broder square footage platforms and power areas requiring more nozzles/output.

AirStreme Hydraulic systems have other advantages beyond their higher PSI such as, accuracy. Pressurized liquid results in delivery or output which is slower, smoother and typically more accurate.
